Making a table- Waste ply and PVC pipes
One of our first projects at ForRest Of Us, where we made a table using an old piece of ply and a few PVC pipes.
We needed a table, and we cut, sand and paint it in the most frugal way possible!

Making- Wall mounted, suspended table
We didn't want to fill the space with a lot of furniture, but we needed a table to sit and work on. Gunjan, one of our interns, made this as her first project and used a ply, a few hinges and a cycle wire to suspend and hang the table.

Woodworking Tool Wall
We got tools and we needed a home for these tools. So we decided to make with the community, involved 15 people and made the tool wall with an old piece of ply as the base. With a grid and all tools laid out, here's how we made the tool wall.

Making- Wall clock
An idea taken from pinterest, implemented on wood. Using reclaimed wood, a clock machine and coffee for the dark stain of wood- we made this wall clock.
We made a chessboard as a graduation gift- using wood and a lot of math. With multiple shortcomings, we made this by giving different shades using coffee as a stain and linseed oil for just coating the light.
Making- Chess Board

Our friend from the community, Panthini- came to us with this idea of a table that we loved and supported. We made this table using plywood, old metal pipes as legs, glass bottle and rope!

Electrical Tool Wall
As we grow, we get more tools. We made another tool wall refurbishing ply as a base, to create a space for our electrical materials and tools- and a work table that also holds our projectors during film screenings at the space!

DIY, sustainable logo in Wood
We created a logo of ForRest Of Us using wood so that it can be reused at multiple places and act as a piece of art at our space too.
